ALMCO Properties is a FDI Company established in Jan 2008 in Tamilnadu, India. We are promoting Eco - friendly sustainable townships & villages to the World class standards.

A\LMCO has set to develop distinguished living habitat in harmony with nature & in the lines of our ancient civilization Mohanjadro & Harappa, but with modern amenities such as security systems, water reusability, waste management, pollution abatement, cycling tracks & noise free zones.

ALMCO Ayurvedic village

The village in accordance with principles of Ayurveda  (wisdom  of life), ayur=life ved=wisdom will be established in Coimbatore - Pollachi highway, just 30kms from the airport in a place called Kenathukadavu.

The project will enhance longevity for body, mind & soul with age old wisdom of setting up villages of the past. So the village will have a unique learning centre which includes linguistic studies of our ancient classical languages such as Tamil Brahmi & Sanskrit.

Further the living style of the village & development of infrastructures will be in line with the Ayurvedic principles. This is to have meditative atmosphere all over the village.

As part of the village habitat, every kind of domestic animals will be accommodated. The village will be spacious enough for the people and other habitats to move around without any intervention & trespassing with modern diesel powered machines such as motor bike & car. So the living structures will be constructed as in our slide presentation & in accordance with Laurie Baker style of architecture. Most importantly, the village will have Ayurvedic treatment centre & Ayurvedic wellness spa to cure & prevent diseases. Further various kinds of regeneration & after surgery ailment treatments will be given in the village.

Almco township in oragadum.

The township will be situated just behind Renault Nissan factory & adjacent to Daimler Benz factory and adjacent to Hiranandani palace garden. Between the Renault Nissan and the project site there is a government reserve forest just to keep away air & noise pollution from industries of Oragadum.

Project Highlights

  • The project will have separate parking lot, bicycle zone, walking area & gardens along with sit outs surrounded by water fountains.
  • The project will not have shopping complexes & multiplexes. Instead the harmony of township & mobility of personal & walking & shopping experience will be promoted by having shops dispersed throughout the township in groups & in stilt level to enable every age group to walk & shop experience by enjoying natural settings & foot paths.
  • The whole township public places will be powered by solar lighting to have less strain on dwindling energy resources. This to reduce public utility bill sharing by patrons.
  • The township will be having integrated township management software with facilities to deter the intruder and to interact with anyone approaching the door from remote locations.
  • Further to manage your resources, the township will implement resource accounting software to make & help us to understand our usage of resources inside the township.
  • The township will use in most possible ways every kind of sustainable materials such as earth & clay tiles, treated full life cycle completed rubber woods & bamboo partitions.
